The Trips Coordinator is responsible for organising and leading all off‑site excursions for Caterham School’s Summer School programme. Trips typically take place on Wednesdays and weekends, including cultural visits, London excursions, museum trips, university tours, and theme park days.

The role requires strong planning, excellent logistical skills, and a proactive approach to safeguarding and student supervision. Outside trip days, the Trips Coordinator contributes to the evening activities programme and supports the pastoral and activities teams as needed.

Contract/Hours: Fixed term, up to 48 hours per week

Reports to: Summer School Manager

Location: Caterham Summer School (on-site, with off-site trips)

Renumeration: £17.85 per hour
